Bite-sized, cheesy and fun, these nutritionally-approved Margherita muffin pizzas are perfect for tiny hands and big appetites.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place muffins, cut-sides up, on a baking tray. Spread muffins with tomato paste and sprinkle with herbs and mozzarella. Top with tomatoes. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is golden and muffin bases are toasted. Scatter over basil, then serve.
