  • 1/3 cup no-added salt tomato paste
  • 1 cup Woolworths shredded mozzarella
  • 1 small red capsicum, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 227grams canned pineapple pieces in juice, drained
  • 200grams Solanato tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked

Description

A fun snack for the kids, these mini pizzas are made using halved bagels as the base. Whip these up in 20 minutes for a tasty after-school snack.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Spread cut sides of bagels with paste. Place on trays and top with mozzarella, capsicum, pineapple and tomato.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 10 minutes or until mozzarella is golden and has melted. Serve scattered with basil.
