Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine oil, tomato and basil in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Add pasta, onion, capsicum and bocconcini, then toss to combine.
Step 2 of 2
Divide salad among 2 airtight containers. Cover with lids and keep chilled until ready to serve.
