- 50grams small pasta shells
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 baby gem lettuce, shredded
- 2tablespoons basil
- 95grams can of tuna in spring water, drained, flaked
- 1tablespoons mint, chopped
- 1tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 dill, finely chopped
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain and refresh under cold water.
Step 2 of 4
Place tomato in an airtight container. Add vinegar, oil and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Top with cucumber, lettuce and tuna.
Step 3 of 4
Stir herbs through pasta, then spoon into container and secure with a lid.
Step 4 of 4
Shake jar and serve.
