  • 50grams small pasta shells
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 baby gem lettuce, shredded
  • 2tablespoons basil
  • 95grams can of tuna in spring water, drained, flaked
  • 1tablespoons mint, chopped
  • 1tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 dill, finely chopped

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain and refresh under cold water.

Step 2 of 4

Place tomato in an airtight container. Add vinegar, oil and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Top with cucumber, lettuce and tuna.

Step 3 of 4

Stir herbs through pasta, then spoon into container and secure with a lid.

Step 4 of 4

Shake jar and serve.
