Easy Triple Decker Finger Sandwiches

- 1teaspoons olive oil spread, at room temperature
- 1/4 small ripe avocado
- 1 tomato
- 3centimeters cucumber
- 1 slice white bread
- 2 slice wholemeal bread
- 50grams chicken, cooked
Method
Step 1 of 6
Lightly spread one side of the wholemeal bread slices and both sides of the white bread with olive oil spread and place on board.
Step 2 of 6
Thinly slice the chicken, then arrange in one layer over the buttered side of one of the wholemeal slices and the white slice.
Step 3 of 6
Peel and finely slice the avocado, and finely slice the tomato and cucumber, then arrange over the chicken.
Step 4 of 6
Lift up the white slice and place on top of the topped slice of wholemeal.
Step 5 of 6
Place the remaining wholemeal slice on top, butter-side down, then push down lightly to sandwich together.
Step 6 of 6
Cut into fingers, trimming away the crusts first, if you like.
