  • 40grams cheese block, cut into sticks
  • 200grams watermelon, cut into hearts with a small heart cookie cutter
  • 1 navel orange, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1 Woolworths wholegrain wrap, cut into wedges
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into sticks
  • 300grams kent pumpkin, peeled, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1tablespoons continental parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 425grams can Macro organic chick peas, drained, rinsed
  • 2teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1teaspoons Woolworths honey
  • 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place pumpkin on tray and spray lightly with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes or until pumpkin is golden and tender. Set aside to cool.

Step 2 of 4

Whisk juice, extra virgin olive oil and honey in a large bowl to combine. Add chickpeas, parsley and pumpkin. Gently toss to combine. Pack into 2 airtight containers. Place in fridge until required.

Step 3 of 4

Snack 1: Pack wrap, cheese and celery into 2 airtight containers.

Step 4 of 4

Snack 2: Place orange, grapes and watermelon onto lollipop sticks. Pack into 2 airtight containers.
