- 15grams baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 carrot, grated

Method
Step 1 of 3
Mash eggs and tzatziki in a bowl. Spread egg mixture over wrap, leaving a 1cm border. Place spinach and carrot in centre of wrap. Tightly roll wrap to enclose filling. Pack next to frozen drink or cool brick in lunch box to keep cool.

Snack 1: Pack cheese and tomato in an airtight container.
