Bircher Museli
  • 1 pink lady apple, grated
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths Select frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup Woolworths Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1tablespoons Macro sunflower kernels
Cheese & Tomato Wedges
  • 1/2 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 30grams cheese block, cubed
Chicken Sandwich
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1tablespoons 97% fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 slice Woolworths wholemeal soft sandwich bread
  • 40grams chicken breast, cooked, diced
Snack
  • 1 cup Woolworths air-popped popcorn

Method

Step 1 of 3

To make chicken sandwich, combine chicken, celery and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread 1 slice of bread with chicken mixture, then top with lettuce and remaining slice of bread. Serve with cheese and tomato wedges.

Step 2 of 3

To make bircher muesli, place apple, oats, yoghurt and sunflower kernels in a bowl and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide bircher among 3 airtight containers. Top each with blueberries. Serves 3. Store in fridge until required.

Step 3 of 3

Place popcorn in airtight container.
