For snack
  • 1 navel orange, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 passionfruit, pulp
  • 1teaspoons pumpkin seed kernels, toasted
  • 6 wholegrain rice crackers
  • 30grams cheese block, cut into small stars
  • 2 free range eggs, hard boiled, mashed
  • 2 1/2tablespoons Woolworths Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 slices Woolworths wholemeal sliced bread
  • 1/4 cup snow pea sprouts

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine eggs and 2 tbs yoghurt in a small bowl. Top 1 bread slice with egg and sprouts. Top with remaining bread slice.

Step 2 of 3

Snack 1: Combine orange, passionfruit and remaining yoghurt in a bowl. Divide between 2 airtight containers, then sprinkle with kernels. Store leftover yoghurt pot in the fridge.

Step 3 of 3

Snack 2: Pack crackers and cheese, separately, in airtight containers.
