  • 1/4 small red capsicum, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 cup watermelon, diced (for snack)
  • 3 strawberries, halved (for snack)
  • 1 roma tomato, seeded, diced
  • 200grams natural yoghurt (for snack)
  • 1teaspoons sunflower seeds (for snack)
  • 1 wholegrain wrap
  • 1 lime, juiced

Method

Step 1 of 4

Lunch: Combine avocado, tomato, capsicum and lime juice in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Place turkey down centre of wrap and top with avocado mixture. Roll firmly to enclose. Cut wrap in half, cover and refrigerate until required.
