- 1/4 medium avocado, mashed
- 1/4 small red capsicum, seeded, diced
- 1/2 cup watermelon, diced (for snack)
- 3 strawberries, halved (for snack)
- 1 roma tomato, seeded, diced
- 200grams natural yoghurt (for snack)
- 1teaspoons sunflower seeds (for snack)
- 1 wholegrain wrap
- 1 lime, juiced

Method
Step 1 of 4
Lunch: Combine avocado, tomato, capsicum and lime juice in a small bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Place turkey down centre of wrap and top with avocado mixture. Roll firmly to enclose. Cut wrap in half, cover and refrigerate until required.
