  • 3 Vita-Weats 9 grains crispbreads
  • 1/2 pear, cut into wedges
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed, halved
  • 1tablespoons semi dried tomato dip
  • 40grams cheese block, sliced
Sticky Chicken
  • 2 chicken lovely legs (for honey-sesame chicken legs)
  • 1 1/2teaspoons salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2teaspoons Woolworths Select Australian honey

Method

Step 1 of 4

1. To make sticky chicken, combine soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Add chicken and toss to combine. Cover and set aside in fridge for 30 minutes to marinate. Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan-forced. Place a small wire rack over a baking tray lined with baking paper.

2. Drain chicken of excess marinade and place on rack. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through, sprinkling chicken with sesame seeds for last 5 minutes of cooking time. Set aside to cool completely.

3 Place 1 chicken leg in a small airtight container and pack next to frozen drink or cool brick in lunch box to keep cool.

Snack 1: Place tomato and peas in an airtight container.

Snack 2: Place pear and cheese in an airtight container.
Instruction tip

Squeeze a little lemon juice over the pear wedges to prevent them from browning.

Snack 3: Place crispbreads and dip, separately, in airtight containers.

Tips Chicken lovely legs are skinless chicken drumsticks, available in the deli section. Store leftover chicken leg in an airtight container in the fridge. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the pear wedges to prevent them from browning.
