- 1/4 large avocado, smashed
- 2 stick celery, sliced lengthways
- fruit (to serve)
- 1tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1 wholegrain wrap
- 1tablespoons tasty cheese, shredded
- 3tablespoons tomato salsa
- 3tablespoons BBQ chicken, chopped
Method
Step 1 of 5
Spread the smashed avocado onto the wrap
Step 2 of 5
Top with chicken, cheese and yoghurt.
Step 3 of 5
Fold in the sides and roll the wrap into a burrito.
Step 4 of 5
Cut in half.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with sliced celery sticks and salsa, plus seasonal fruit - mandarins and oranges are ideal.
