Description

All you need is one ingredient to make these nutritionally approved mango straps. The kids will rejoice when they find this fruity snack in their lunch box.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 110℃/90℃ fan-forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place mango in a food processor and process for 20 seconds or until a smooth paste forms. Spoon mango on tray and spread until 3mm thick.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 3 1/2 hours or until mango is dry to touch but still pliable. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into strips and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
