  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup white chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots

Description

Easy to make and oh-so fruity, these no-bake bars are great snacks for kids and adults. Make them in batches to easily grab when you're on the go.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Line a 16 x 26cm rectangular baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Place strawberries, vanilla, cinnamon and apricots in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Step 3 of 5

Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add oats, 3/4 cup coconut and chia seeds, then stir to combine.

Step 4 of 5

Pour mixture into tray and press down firmly using back of a spoon. Press in remaining coconut.

Step 5 of 5

Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Using a sharp knife, cut into 12 equal portions. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
