  • 3 weet-bix, broken
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 2tablespoons cacao powder
  • 125grams fruit & nut mix
  • 4 dates, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup almond spread
  • 1 1/2tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line an 18cm square cake tin with baking paper. Process fruit & nut mix, oats and chia in a food processor until finely chopped. Add Weet-Bix, pepitas, coconut and cacao. Pulse to combine. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Add dates, oil, spread, honey and 1 tbs boiling water to processor. Process until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Pour over dry ingredients and stir well until combined. Press into prepared pan and chill for 1 hour. Cut into 36 bite-size pieces
