- 95grams canned tuna in springwater, drained
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
- 4 Qukes baby cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
- 3grams roasted nori seaweed snack, thickly sliced into strips
- 1tablespoons wasabi peas
- 2teaspoons Japanese mayonnaise

Step 1 of 3
Heat rice according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 3
Combine tuna and half the onion in a bowl. Push tuna mixture to one side.

Place rice in bowl, then top with avocado, cucumber, nori, wasabi peas and remaining onion. Season with pepper and serve with mayonnaise.
