  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 1tablespoons parsley, chopped

Method

Step 1 of 4

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 4

In a baking dish, combine all of the ingredients fully.

Step 3 of 4

Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked fully.

Step 4 of 4

Remove from the oven carefully and transfer to a serving dish then garnish with parsley.
