Description

These simple maple and balsamic roasted carrots are packed with flavour and delicious with roast chicken or pork.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Toss the carrots in a tablespoon of oil and roast for 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Whisk the remaining oil with balsamic vinegar and maple syrup and drizzle over the carrots. Toss to coat and roast for 5 minutes more.
