  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
  • 1teaspoons sage, chopped
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 2teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description

A savoury take on a stuffing recipe with the crunchy texture of walnut.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Fry the onions, pear and garlic with the butter in the pan for 5 minutes while stirring.

Step 2 of 3

Combine the breadcrumbs with the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. Now add the melted butter mix into the bowl and combine fully.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer the total mixture to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the heat.
