- 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
- 4 garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 3teaspoons thyme, chopped
- 2teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 1teaspoons sage, chopped
- 1/2teaspoons salt
- 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description
A traditional savoury stuffing, which pairs perfectly with poultry.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Melt the butter a pan with the chopped onions and garlic and fry for 5 minutes until the butter has melted fully and the onions are clear in colour.
Step 2 of 3
Mix together the breadcrumbs and herbs in a separate bowl with the seasoning and then combine the melted butter mix incrementally.
Step 3 of 3
Ensure the total mixture is combined fully and transfer to a baking dish to be baked for 20 minutes and then remove form the heat.
