  • 50grams Angas park apricots, coarsely chopped
  • 200grams brie cheese
  • 2teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1tablespoons pistachio kernels, chopped
  • 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
  • crackers (for serving)

Description

This baked brie is a delicious centrepiece for your cheese platter. Warm, gooey cheese is matched with apricots, pistachios and sticky-sweet maple syrup.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 6

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 3 of 6

Place brie onto prepared tray.

Step 4 of 6

Pour over maple syrup, top with apricots and pistachios; season to taste with pepper

Step 5 of 6

Bake for 10 minutes or until apricots are slightly softened and sticky. Serve drizzled
