  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf Parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 3 green Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 250grams Qukes baby cucumbers
  • 1/4teaspoons Chilli flakes
  • 1/2teaspoons smoked Paprika
  • baguette
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 200grams Chris' Dips Traditional Hommus
  • 200grams Chris' Dips Egyptian Beetroot
  • 2tablespoons Pine nuts (toasted)

Method

Step 1 of 6

Spread hummus over the base of a large shallow serving bowl.

Step 2 of 6

Spoon the beetroot dip over the hummus. Combine the parsley, mint and onions and spoon over the dip.

Step 3 of 6

Thinly slice the Qukes® lengthways, each into six and arrange in a spiral pattern over the dip.

Step 4 of 6

Sprinkle over the pine nuts.

Step 5 of 6

Combine the oil, paprika and chilli and spoon over the Qukes®.

Step 6 of 6

Season and serve with the baguette.
