- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup strawberries (to serve)
- 1 cup blueberries (to serve)
- 1teaspoons maple syrup
- 8 crackers (to serve)
- 200grams brie
- prosciutto, thin slices (to serve)
- 2tablespoons rosemary, sprigs
- 2 cup fresh fruit (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Freeze cheese for 30 minutes, if time permits. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Cut 2 x 11cm rounds from one side of the pastry. Place rounds on top of each other on the lined tray. Place cheese into centre of the pastry. Cut remaining pastry into 1cm wide strips.
Step 3 of 3
Layer pastry strips around cheese on the pastry border. Make several cuts into the top of the cheese and add rosemary leaves. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until pastry is well puffed and golden. Drizzle with a little maple syrup and serve with crackers, fresh fruit and thin slices of prosciutto.
