- 2tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- parsley (optional, to garnish)
- 425grams corn cobbettes
- 2tablespoons garlic, chopped
Method
Step 1 of 4
In a bowl, mix butter and garlic together and set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Place corn cobbettes in the microwave following the on-pack guidelines. Microwave for 5 minutes. Be careful when removing from microwave as these will be hot.
Step 3 of 4
Brush with butter and garlic mixture, letting the butter melt into the cobbettes.
Step 4 of 4
Garnish with parsley and allow to cool until warm enough to eat.
