- 100grams sausage meat, broken up
- 50grams dried cranberries
- 150grams breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup vegetable stock
- 50grams butter
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 2teaspoons rosemary, chopped
- 1/2teaspoons salt
- 2teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description
A meaty, lightly sweetened stuffing, which also has a slight shapness of the cranberry.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and fry the sausage meat for 10 minutes until cooked fully through.
Step 2 of 4
Remove the sausage meat from the pan and set to one side. Fry the onions, cranberries and garlic with the butter in the pan for 5 minutes while stirring.
Step 3 of 4
Combine the breadcrumbs with the rest of the ingredients, then combine with the sausage meat. Now add the melted butter mix into the bowl and combine fully.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer the total mixture to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the heat.
