- 1/4 cup plum sauce
- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- 1tablespoons ginger, finely grated
- 2tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 1kilograms pork loin, rind removed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 190°C. Combine soy, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and plum sauce in a small saucepan. Mix well to combine. Brush liberally all over the pork loin.
Step 2 of 3
Place sesame seeds in a flat dish and roll pork in seeds until coated. Transfer to a rack in a roasting pan and add enough water to fill 2cm deep. Roast for 1-11/4 hours or until juices run clear.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, add 1/3 cup water to remaining sauce in pan. Bring to the boil over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has slightly thickened. Slice pork and serve with warm sauce.
