Description

Butter and cabbage are a match made in heaven and no one will complain about eating their greens with this delicious garlicky side dish.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the butter and oil in a large pan medium heat and add the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, add the cabbage and a couple of tablespoons of water and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally, until softened.

Season with cracked black pepper and serve.
