Description
Inspired by German fleischsalat, this meat salad is an interesting addition to a picnic spread and goes well with crusty dark rye on the side.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cut Devon and pickles into thin strips. Place in a large bowl with the mayo, sugar, pickle juice, and salt & pepper.
Step 2 of 3
Mix all ingredients until combined. Garnish with a sprinkling of fresh chives or dill (if desired).
Step 3 of 3
Serve with your favourite bread. Enjoy with salad and some crusty dark rye bread.
