- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
- 800grams baby potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place whole potatoes into a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Cover and bring to the boil over a high heat. Remove from heat and drain. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
Step 2 of 2
Combine oil, parsley and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss potatoes in the oil mixture. Transfer to a greased BBQ plate, and cook on medium heat, tossing occasionally, for 12-15 minutes or until golden and tender. Transfer to a bowl. Serve.
