  • 6 slices bertocchi soppressa hot or mild
  • 80grams ricotta
  • 3 ciabatta bread (or individual french bread)
  • 1packets semi-dried tomatoes
  • 60grams rocket leaves
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper (to serve)
  • drizzle balsamic glaze (optional)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cut bread into 6 x 2cm slices (lightly toast if preferred).

Step 2 of 4

Spread ricotta over each bread slice and sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 3 of 4

Layer semi-dried tomatoes, a few rocket leaves and top with a slice of Soppressa

Step 4 of 4

Arrange bruschetta on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if preferred.
