  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2-3 drops lemon juice
  • 1/4teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 1 handful chives, snipped
  • 2 Little Gem lettuces, leaves separated
  • 400grams king prawns, cooked and peeled
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

Step 1 of 2

To make the spicy dip, mix together the cream cheese, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, chilli flakes and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on 4 small plates and top with the prawns. Serve the dip in a bowl for everyone to share.
