Description
Sharp lemon and salty capers make the perfect topping for buttery BBQ scallops. Ask your fishmonger to prepare these on the half shell.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the barbecue to medium high. Mix the garlic and butter together in a small bowl and add a tablespoon to each scallop shell.
Step 2 of 2
Cook the shells on the barbecue for 5 minutes. Mix the lemon juice, capers and parsley together in a small bowl and drizzle over each scallop before serving.
