  • 6 slices of Bertocchi Soppressa
  • Semi-dried Tomatoes
  • balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 1 handful rocket leaves
  • 80grams ricotta
  • 1 ciabatta bread or French stick

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cut bread into 6 x 2cm slices (lightly toast if preferred).

Step 2 of 4

Spread ricotta over each bread slice and sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 3 of 4

Layer semi-dried tomatoes, a few rocket leaves and top with a slice of Soppressa.

Step 4 of 4

Arrange bruschetta on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if preferred.
