  • spice mix (cajun, moroccan or steak spice)
  • 1/2teaspoons olive grove lite spread (per serve)
  • 4 whole corn on the cob
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Peel back husk on 4 whole corn on the cob. Remove silky threads.

Step 2 of 3

Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with your choice of spice mix. Replace husks and wrap each in foil. Cook on BBQ grill on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Carefully open foil and add another knob of butter to each corn. Serve corn with lime wedges.
