- 1 continental cucumber, thickly sliced (to serve)
- 500grams chicken breast fillet, diced

Description

Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine chicken and korma paste in a large bowl and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, vent rice packets and microwave on high for 90 seconds as per packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Serve chicken curry on rice with cucumber on the side.
