  • 500grams chicken thigh fillets, diced
  • shredded coconut (optional)
  • roasted almonds (optional)
  • basmati rice (to serve)
  • 500grams korma simmer sauce
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 5

In a large pan heat up the vegetable oil.

Step 2 of 5

Add the diced chicken thigh fillets and fry until sealed and browned.

Step 3 of 5

Pour over the jar of korma simmer sauce and leave to simmer for 15 minutes , stirring occasionally.

Step 4 of 5

Garnish with roasted almonds and shredded coconut (optional).

Step 5 of 5

Serve with cooked basmati rice.
