- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 400grams beef and lamb meatballs
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm-piece ginger, finely grated
- 1/3 cup rogan josh curry paste
- 400grams canned no-added-salt diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Greek-style yoghurt (plus extra to serve)
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 4 Mission Garlic Naan
Description
You can't go wrong with a rich rogan josh curry with meatballs and fragrant spices. You'll want to mop up every last drop with the garlic naan.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2 of 3
Add onion, garlic and ginger to pan. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until softened. Add paste and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add tomatoes, 3/4 cup water and meatballs and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce thickens slightly.

Warm naan according to packet instructions. Top curry with yoghurt and coriander. Serve with naan.
