- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 brown onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 slice tasty cheese
- 1 tinned pineapple ring
- 1 rasher maple bacon
- 1 egg, fried
- 1tablespoons beetroot relish
- 1 brioche bun, halved
- 1 beef patty
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat barbecue chargrill and flat plate to high heat.
Step 2 of 4
Season beef patty and cook on the chargrill for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked[PR1] . Set aside for 2 minutes to rest. Place maple bacon, pineapple and onion on the barbecue flat plate and cook until cooked to your liking.
Step 3 of 4
Place brioche halves on the barbecue flat plate for 1 minute or until toasted. Place cheese on the beef patty until slightly melted.
Step 4 of 4
Place cooked beef patty on the bottom brioche half. Assemble burger as desired with cooked bacon, pineapple, onion, fried egg, lettuce, tomato and relish. Place remaining brioche half on top and serve immediately.
