- 500grams beef mince
- 148grams Maggi 2 minute instant beef noodles
- 1kilograms McCain frozen seasonal mix vegetables
- 32grams Maggi beef chow mein recipe base

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add mince and stir-fry, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 3 minutes or until browned.

Meanwhile, cook noodles according to packet instructions, discarding flavour sachets. Drain. Roughly cut with scissors.
Step 3 of 4
Add vegetables to mince, then stir fry for 8 minutes or until just tender.
Step 4 of 4
Combine 1 cup water and recipe base in a small jug. Add sauce mixture to mince mixture and bring to the boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Add noodles and toss to combine. Divide among bowls and serve.
