  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 500grams Heart Smart beef stir fry
  • 250grams superfood vegetable stir fry mix
  • 1/2 cup classic Japanese teriyaki sauce

Method

Step 1 of 4

Prepare noodles according to packet instructions. Drain.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add half the oil and swirl to coat. Stir-fry beef, in batches, for 1 minute or until browned. Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm.

Step 3 of 4

Add remaining oil to wok. Swirl to coat. Add stir-fry mix, then stir-fry for 1 minute or until softened slightly.

Step 4 of 4

Add noodles and teriyaki sauce to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until well coated and heated through. Return beef to wok. Toss to combine. Serve.
