  • 150grams snow peas, trimmed
  • 450grams pkt microwave white rice
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cook pork in microwave according to packet instructions, reserving sauce sachet. Cook broccolini and snow peas in a saucepan of boiling water until tender. Drain.

Step 2 of 2

Heat rice according to packet instructions. Shred pork, then divide rice, pork and greens among bowls. Drizzle with reserved sauce and serve scattered with chilli and onion.
