  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cup cabbage
  • 150grams snow peas
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Soy Sce Salt Reduced
  • 500grams chicken mince
  • 1tablespoons canola oil
  • 440grams singapore style noodles

Description

This chicken chow mein recipe is a family favourite Chinese noodle dish, easy to make and on the table in 15 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Prepare noodle following packet directions.

Step 2 of 3

Heat oil in a wok, or a large frying pan, over medium-high heat. Stir-fry until browned. Add carrot, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add cabbage, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and stir fry for another minute.

Step 3 of 3

Stir in prepared noodles. Add combined recipe base, water (190ml), and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until sauce thickens and noodles are heated through.
