- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1teaspoons sesame oil
- 200grams green beans, halved diagonally
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 1 fresh long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced

- 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 spring onions, shredded
- 1 bunch baby pak choy, halved lengthways
- 450grams fresh hokkien noodles
- 1 1/2tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce
- 2tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 500grams lean pork mince
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil

Discover a delicious and quick midweek meal in this hoisin pork stir-fry that’s loaded with vegetables.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat noodles following packet instructions. Drain and keep warm.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in a wok or large deep-frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry red onion, capsicum and beans for 2 minutes or until almost tender. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3 of 4
Heat sesame oil and remaining vegetable oil in wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork for 5 minutes, breaking up any lumps, or until browned. Add garlic, ginger and half the chilli. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 4 of 4
Return vegetables to wok with pak choy, hoisin and soy sauces, and 2 tbs water. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until warmed through. To serve, top noodles with stir-fry, and scatter over spring onion, remaining chilli and sesame seeds.
