Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef mince and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned.

Step 2 of 3

Heat rice as per packet instructions.

Step 3 of 3

Add recipe base sachet, rice and carrot to mince and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or fully combined. Serve.
