  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 capsicum, sliced (red)

Description

This honey soy chicken noodle recipe is your very own cheat’s Chinese takeaway and can be whipped up in under 20 minutes. A weeknight winner to have on rotation.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine chicken and MAGGI Honey Soy infusion paste in a medium bowl and set aside. Meanwhile cook 2 Minute Noodles following packet instructions; drain, rinse under cold water, set aside and keep warm.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat, add oil and chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add vegetables to pan, stir through and cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.

Step 3 of 3

Add reserved Maggi 2 Minute Noodles and Maggi Honey Soy finishing sauce, cook for a further 2 minutes or until heated through.
