- 750grams Woolworths BBQ beef burger kit
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, halved, thinly sliced
- 1/4 iceberg lettuce, leaves torn
- 425grams canned Woolworths beetroot slices, drained
- 500grams French fries, cooked (to serve)
Description
Quickly transform a burger kit and a few simple ingredients into a delish dinner. Save this delicious burger recipe for nights when time is of the essence.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2 of 4
Halve buns from burger kit, reserving patties, cheese and relish. Cook buns, cut-sides down, for 1 minute or until toasted. Transfer to a board. Cook pineapple, turning, for 2 minutes or until charred. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.
Step 3 of 4
Cook reserved patties for 3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through, topping with reserved cheese for the last 30 seconds of cooking.
Step 4 of 4
Spread cut sides of bun bases with a little of the reserved relish, then top with lettuce, patties, beetroot and pineapple. Sandwich with bun lids. Serve with fries and remaining relish.
