- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

- 600grams beef sausages
- 1 large red capsicum, quartered, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 400grams four seasons coleslaw
- 1/3 cup coleslaw dressing
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 30grams baby spinach leaves
- 4 wholemeal Lebanese bread rounds, warmed

These 15-minute sausage wraps with a sticky barbecue glaze will be a fast favourite with the kids. Try this easy recipe today.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine sauce, honey and garlic in a small bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages and capsicum, turning, for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove capsicum from pan. Add honey mixture and cook for 2 minutes, turning sausages to coat in sauce.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, combine coleslaw and dressing in a bowl. Season.
Step 4 of 4
Place coleslaw, sausages, capsicum, cucumber and spinach on bread and roll to enclose filling, then serve.
