  • 250milliliter garlic aioli
  • 100grams iceberg lettuce (shredded)

Description

With this easy chicken burger there’s no need to work up a sweat making dinner. Just pan fry the patties, toast the bread rolls and assemble - dinner is done!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large shallow frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2 of 4

Add burgers and cook 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, toast rolls, if desired, cut-side up, under a preheated grill until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Fill rolls with lettuce. Top with burgers and drizzle over aioli.
