- 4 Extra Soft Jumbo Hamburger Rolls (halved)
- 5tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Masterfoods Garlic & Herb Schnitzel Mix
- 500grams chicken breast schnitzel
- Masterfoods Chipotle Taco Style Sauce (to serve)
Description
Win the family over with these chicken schnitzel burgers; a scrumptiously easy midweek meal.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Drizzle chicken with 1 tbs olive oil and rub each to coat. Place schnitzel mix in a shallow bowl, add chicken and toss to coat.
Step 2 of 3
Heat another 1 tbs oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add 1 schnitzel and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside on a plate lined with paper towel. Repeat with remaining olive oil and schnitzels.
Step 3 of 3
Halve schnitzels and place on cut-side of rolls. Top with chipotle sauce and sandwich with roll tops.
