  • 750grams chicken kebabs
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil (for greasing)
  • 2 slices pineapple in juice
  • 360grams Aussie style salad kit

Description

Give dinner a tropical makeover by serving sweet and savoury chicken skewers with grilled pineapple slices.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat barbecue or griddle pan on medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil.

Step 2 of 4

Cook kebabs for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned all over.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, vent microwave rice and microwave on high for 21/2 minutes. Cook pineapple slices on flat plate of barbecue for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden.

Step 4 of 4

Toss salad kit together in a large bowl. Place salad and rice on plates and top with pineapple and kebabs.
